Stephen Giordano Sr. has more than 30 years of experience managing large organizations in the U.S., Europe and Asia, with the last 10 years in the digital imaging industry. As Lucidiom CEO and chairman, Stephen led the company to profitability by its second year of operation in 2002. Prior to Lucidiom, he was co-founder, CEO and president of Floppy Shots, Digital Now Inc., Competitive Solutions Inc. and Commix SP Inc., which developed multimedia and digital imaging technologies. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring in 1989 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is a regular contributor to industry trade magazines and speaks often at tradeshows and events. Stephen travels the world for Lucidiom throughout the year, talking to retailers about how to grow their profits and working with them to see what new products, customer service techniques and in-store designs are keeping their cash registers ringing.
