"E-Comerce will sooner or later replace or coexist with the conventinal mailorder business. It will mainly atract consumers who are strickly price oriented. Nevertheless a website cannot make up for the buying-experience which is provided by a professional and service oriented photo specialist. The technical advice offered by skilled experts can analyse the needs and wants of a consumer far better than a simple comparison of specs and price."
